Stacy Innerst is an acclaimed artist and illustrator of children’s books. His picture books have been awarded a BCCB Blue Ribbon Picture Book Award as well as two Parents’ Choice Gold Medals and have been selected for recognition by the NY Society of Illustrators, the Smithsonian and the Junior Library Guild, among many others. M is for Music (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) was named a Best Book of the Year by the School Library Journal and The Music in George's Head: George Gershwin Creates Rhapsody in Blue (Boyds Mills Press) earned the 2017 Golden Kite Award for picture book illustration. His paintings and prints have been exhibited widely in the United States and abroad.
Tom Roberts is one of the leading exponents of early jazz piano in the world today. He is a well known performer, arranger and composer with an extensive worldwide career. Besides his pianistic artistry, Roberts is a versatile music historian with special focus on the early Jazz Era . He has contributed articles for magazines such as Piano Today and is a frequent guest at National Public Radio. He appears often as a guest host on Rhythm Sweet and Hot on 90.5 WESA radio.
