PURPOSE:  To set forth the policy of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library as it relates to equal opportunity for employment.

STATEMENT OF POLICY:

It is the policy of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library to provide employment, and to administer compensation practices, benefits, opportunity for advancement, training, and all other conditions of employment, without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, age, gender, or political affiliation.
