PURPOSE: To set forth the guiding principles of the library and to help direct and focus the library’s actions toward satisfying those principles.

STATEMENT OF POLICY:

1. VISION
The Mt. Lebanon Public Library will enhance its status as one of the premier public libraries in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. MISSION
The Mt. Lebanon Public Library provides informational resources, programs, and services for the personal enrichment, education, and enjoyment of all citizens and for
the betterment of the community.
